Uni Direction Sheet
Enumerate the monofilament of glassfiber or glass roving uni directionly and then make
the sheet by impregnating thermoplastic resin(PP, PE) during passing through dice.
No need to use glass fiber or chemical fiber as a strength reinforcement. Design the uni direction
sheet according to the required formed size and then laminate by one direction or both direction.
After that, press it by heat press.
Characteristic: industrial, sports goods for guard, car bumper reinforcement which require dimensional safety,
breaking strength, tensile strength and strong softness.
